The View Hospital was pleased to host another mother gathering, bringing together members of our community for an insightful and meaningful discussion on the challenges mothers and families are currently facing across the region.
Led by Dr. Bariah Dardari, Expert Pediatrician, the session provided a supportive space for mothers to share their thoughts, ask questions, and reflect on the emotional and psychological impact of current events on both mothers and their children. The discussion highlighted the importance of recognizing children’s emotional responses, understanding changes in behavior, and supporting their mental well-being with compassion, reassurance, and open communication.
Dr. Bariah shared practical guidance on how mothers can help children process difficult emotions, create a sense of safety at home, and respond to signs of stress or anxiety in a calm and supportive way. The session also emphasized the well-being of mothers themselves, recognizing the emotional weight they carry while caring for their families during challenging times.
The gathering encouraged honest conversation, shared understanding, and connection among participants, offering mothers an opportunity to feel heard, supported, and reassured within a caring community environment.
We thank all the mothers who joined us and contributed to such an open and supportive discussion.
At The View Hospital, we remain committed to supporting families not only through clinical care, but also through meaningful conversations, community engagement, and initiatives that address the emotional and social well-being of every family we serve.
