Neck Procedures
The cervical spine enables head movement and carries nerves that control arm and leg function. Common issues include herniated discs, degeneration, and stenosis, causing pain, stiffness, numbness, or weakness. Most cases are treated without surgery, but when needed, advanced methods like artificial disc replacement and microsurgery are used.
Middle Back Procedures
This part of the spine supports torso movement and contains nerves affecting balance and leg function. Common problems include degeneration, stenosis, and tumors, leading to back pain, balance issues, or bladder/bowel problems. Minimally invasive techniques can often resolve these conditions.

Brief Profile

Dr. Bariah Dardari is a leading Consultant Pediatrician with over 25 years of experience in child health. She is widely recognized for pioneering the first pediatric integrative medicine clinic and the first neurodevelopmental program for children with autism and ADHD in the UAE.

Her distinguished career spans the USA and the UAE. She began her practice as a Consultant Pediatrician at Hackensack Pediatrics in New Jersey (2002–2005), followed by a role as a Neonatal Hospitalist at Hackensack University Medical Center (2005–2006), where she provided specialized care for premature and high-risk infants.

In 2006, Dr. Bariah joined the American Hospital Dubai, offering inpatient and emergency pediatric care, neonatal services, and developmental assessments for children with ADHD and autism. She later served as Head of Pediatrics at Al Zahra Hospital (2013–2017), leading a team of 25 doctors and overseeing neonatal intensive care, well-child clinics, and developmental services.

From 2017 to 2020, she practiced at Novomed Centres, focusing on developmental pediatrics and integrative medicine. She subsequently established and led the Pediatric Department at Fakeeh University Hospital (2020–2023), managing a team of 10 pediatricians and continuing her work in developmental and behavioral pediatrics.

Dr. Bariah is also passionate about pediatric safety, education, and quality improvement. She remains actively involved in regional and international child health initiatives. Her patients appreciate her compassionate approach, deep expertise, and commitment to advancing holistic pediatric care.
