Yannis Angouras is a highly accomplished healthcare executive with more than 25 years of international leadership experience across leading healthcare systems in the United States, Europe, and the Middle East. As Hospital Director of The View Hospital, he brings extensive expertise in hospital operations, strategic growth, patient experience, healthcare transformation, and operational excellence, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Throughout his career, Mr. Angouras has successfully led large tertiary, academic, and integrated healthcare organizations, consistently driving organizational growth, operational efficiency, and service excellence. Prior to joining The View Hospital, he held senior executive leadership positions with globally recognized institutions including Kaiser Permanente in California, Aldara Hospital and Medical Center – Henry Ford Health in Saudi Arabia, and University Hospital of Patras in Greece.
Mr. Angouras has led major healthcare transformation initiatives including service line expansion, quality enhancement programs, clinical operations optimization, and strategic partnerships. His leadership has contributed to the successful growth of healthcare facilities and the implementation of innovative models of care focused on accessibility, efficiency, and clinical excellence.
He holds a Master of Health Administration from the University of Southern California (USC) and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Athens University of Economics. He has also completed executive leadership programs at Harvard Business School and USC Marshall School of Business and is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).
