Neck Procedures
The cervical spine enables head movement and carries nerves that control arm and leg function. Common issues include herniated discs, degeneration, and stenosis, causing pain, stiffness, numbness, or weakness. Most cases are treated without surgery, but when needed, advanced methods like artificial disc replacement and microsurgery are used.
Middle Back Procedures
This part of the spine supports torso movement and contains nerves affecting balance and leg function. Common problems include degeneration, stenosis, and tumors, leading to back pain, balance issues, or bladder/bowel problems. Minimally invasive techniques can often resolve these conditions.
Lower Back Procedures

Bio Profile

Dr Saad Rehman is a British and European Board-certified radiologist with subspecialty training in Interventional Radiology from world-renowned institutions, including Imperial College London and The Royal Marsden Hospital in London.

He specialises in minimally invasive, image-guided procedures that offer alternatives to conventional surgery for a wide range of conditions. His areas of expertise include image-guided treatment of uterine fibroids, prostate enlargement, thyroid nodules, chronic joint and soft tissue pain, and vascular conditions affecting the lower limbs, including those associated with diabetes.

Dr Rehman also provides advanced endovascular treatments for vascular conditions, venous thromboembolism, varicocele and erectile dysfunction, among other conditions.
