Neck Procedures
The cervical spine enables head movement and carries nerves that control arm and leg function. Common issues include herniated discs, degeneration, and stenosis, causing pain, stiffness, numbness, or weakness. Most cases are treated without surgery, but when needed, advanced methods like artificial disc replacement and microsurgery are used.
Middle Back Procedures
This part of the spine supports torso movement and contains nerves affecting balance and leg function. Common problems include degeneration, stenosis, and tumors, leading to back pain, balance issues, or bladder/bowel problems. Minimally invasive techniques can often resolve these conditions.
Lower Back Procedures

Having completed extensive surgical training in the United Kingdom and the United States, Dr. Moayad brings over 20 years of comprehensive surgical experience, including more than 7 years as a Consultant General & Laparoscopic Surgeon in the UK. He has developed advanced expertise in managing a wide spectrum of elective and emergency general surgical conditions, combining evidence-based practice with the adoption of modern techniques.

As an experienced proctologist, Dr. Moayad led the introduction of modern, minimally invasive treatments for hemorrhoids and other perianal conditions at The View Hospital. These include hemorrhoidal artery ligation (HAL) using doppler and laser treatments of hemorrhoids, anal fissures, anal fistulas, and pilonidal sinus disease. These advanced techniques significantly reduce postoperative pain, shorten hospital stay, and enable faster recovery and return to normal activity.
